Signing In to cPanel
To access your cPanel, sign in, using the username and password
you were assigned. Your url will be http://www.yourdomain/cpanel
What equipment is required?
Answer: You don't have to own any equipment at all to set
up a Web site. We can design a Web site for you. However,
it is better for you to be able to maintain an E-mail account
in order to respond to those wishing to contact you. If you
wish to purchase a domain name and set up hosting with email,
I can assist you in doing so.
How much does it cost to get a web site designed? Answer:
It depends on the site. Every web site is unique and the cost
varies from one to another. Please check our
Design page for various examples of cost.
Will help and/or services be available in the future should
I need it? Answer: Yes. Answering questions and giving
direction is free service of our company. I am always available

What about my graphics? Answer: We pay special attention
to the size of the graphics before we put them on your site.
A lot of time and preparation goes into the process. Images
can add life and color to your Web site, but can also draw
attention away from your information. If a graphic provides
helpful information, such as a map to your store or a picture
of your products, then go ahead and include it on your site.
Avoid photos that simply take up space. Also, be careful not
to use large images -- most people still use dialup modems
to surf the Web, and they'll go elsewhere if your graphics
take too long to download. I will thumbnail your graphics
if you wish.
Are there any
hidden charges for your website design or optimization
services? Answer: No! Once we have
all the information about your requirements you will
be given a price and that price will stand firm for
both the website design and the optimization, if required.
The only time a given price would change is if you
want another page or any other material added before
completion of the website.
Can I see the design while my website is under
development? Answer: Yes! Once the design
for the main page has been completed it will be uploaded
to our server for your approval. After approval the
rest of website will be developed.
Can I make changes to the website design or
text content once it has been started?
Answer: Yes! The main page will be uploaded for your
approval. If you want changes made to the design we
can do it then.
How long will the design of my website take?
Answer: It depends. If you are just having a website
designed and developed, about two weeks. If you are
having optimization carried out as well, around three
weeks. A lot depends on what your requirements are.
We like to tell everyone a month, that way we don't
make promises we can't keep.
I would like to use your website design service, what
do I do now? Answer: We can be contacted about our
website design services from the "contact us" or
"Email" links in the navigation column on the left
or by going to our quote page and
requesting a free, no-obligation design quote.
